BMR Homeowners and Program Borrowers!! Help us get a jump on your Asset Management File. This includes your Loan Payoffs, Resale Restriction Packet, Financing Summary and your BMR Resale Value. There are a lot of steps that we must follow to adhere to your jurisdiction's program guidelines.
