City of Campbell Home Buyer Orientation Registration

This is a registration form for the HouseKeys Home Buyer Orientation Class for the City of Campbell BMR Program.

Dear Applicant,

As the COVID-19 / Novel Coronavirus 2019 updates continue, we do not want to put the public or our team in harm’s way. A decision was made to cancel ALL BMR Home Buyer in person Orientations. As an alternative, we are updating our dedicated City website to better serve you.

Please register by completing the online registration form below. On the Date you Want to Attend field, select the ONLINE Videos and Quiz option.
HouseKeys will be sending out weekly emails with updates. This will include applicants that have registered for the Orientations. We will provide links to include 8 Videos and a Quiz. Please view ALL 8 Videos and take the Quiz, you must pass the Quiz with a score of 7 or better. We will receive an email notification of your Quiz score. If you do not pass with a score of 7 or better, you will have to review the Videos and retake the Quiz. Once you pass the Quiz with a score of 7 or better you will be given credit for having attended an orientation class.

PREFERENCES: The City of Campbell stipulates that: Preference in the purchase of affordable units shall be given, first (for up to ten percent of all affordable units) to income eligible employees of the City of Campbell, second to income eligible existing Campbell residents, and third to income eligible persons employed within the city limits of the City of Campbell. Substantial evidence will be requested during the process. Only applicants and co-applicants who will be listed on title as owners can apply for consideration for a “Preference”.
